We’re actively seeking an Innovation Consultant acting as Partner Success Manager to be the link between the innovation teams of our Corporate Partners (e.g. Mercedes-Benz, Porsche, Webasto, Linde, ADAC & co) and STARTUP AUTOBAHN powered by Plug & Play

As part of our amazing team, you will be responsible to understand the innovation needs of our partners, translating them into tech challenges and activities, mainly in the fields of mobility, production, sustainability, enterprise and beyond. You will define and lead the process to address our clients goals in the best possible way, deliver value to our clients and achieve the highest level of client satisfaction. An ideal candidate is highly strategic, ambitious, detail oriented, and able to effectively influence both within the organization and with our external partners. Together with us, you will develop our exciting platform as part of the world’s largest innovation platform with over 500+ corporate partners! 


  • Be responsible for our corporate partners and lead the process to address our clients innovation goals to achieve the highest level of client satisfaction. 
  • Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders within our partner organizations to generate adoption, renewals, and new revenue opportunities.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of our corporate partners innovation challenges, focus areas and technology interests
  • Initiate projects between business units and startups with the goal to implement technologies into the companies products, processes and services
  • Increase corporate engagement by managing events, tracking participation and designing new concepts and formats for client activities
  • Devise engagement plans that consider partner business goals, internal organization structures, and map products and services to achieve these goals. 
  • Drive escalation of client issues, coordinate key resources in the escalation process, and assist with client issues through resolution.
  • Consult our partners in their innovation strategies and navigate them through the global innovation ecosystem. 
  • Organize and execute innovation formats, workshops and new projects (e.g. Design Thinking, Scrum, Innovation Workshops, Tech Roundtables...)



  • Bachelor or Master degree in business, technology, innovation, engineering, or other related fields.
  • First work experience in a client facing or account management role.
  • Work experience in innovation/technology management, consulting and/or project management will be a plus.
  • Highly motivated and committed, entrepreneurial character, strong self-drive and able to work with limited supervision. 
  • Results oriented, strong willingness to learn and improve.
  • Detail oriented, highly organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong process and analytical skills to identify inefficiencies and create improvements.
  • Excellent communication skills and proficiency in public speaking. Ability to effectively influence both within the organization and with our external partners
  • Positive, open mindset and energetic. 
  • Good listener, analytical character, motivating leader and good team player.
