We’re a diverse team with backgrounds in technology and entrepreneurship and we’re growing rapidly to deliver on our mission. We’re actively seeking a Program Manager who is an operational powerhouse, organized, can manage multiple projects at one time, and is reliable.

As a Program Manager you will be running the 3-month acceleration program by setting up events and networking sessions, own startup relationships, support business development with their corporate accounts and deal flows, prepare marketing collateral, order promotional materials and supplies for the team, and more

 

HOW YOU WILL MAKE A DIFFERENCE:

 

Program + Startup Facing

  • Own relationships with startups in the program
  • Hold intake interviews, exit interviews, and make sure all startups are on track to meet program goals
  • Grow ecosystem of mentors and VCs to bring more value to the program
  • Set up 1:1 sessions for startups to meet with Mentors, VC’s and corporate partners for the program
  • Collect feedback and develop an evaluation method to assess program strengths and identify areas for improvement
  • Wrap up the program with a batch analysis report and individual startup report cards
  • Support the Head of Operations and Director with questions from corporate partners and startups

Marketing

  • Working on strategy and coordinate a monthly newsletter / social media updates with the marketing team
  • Prepare flyers and print outs with our marketing team for major events such as: Selection Day, Meetups, EXPO
  • Order swag for the team and manage vendor relationships

Event Management

  • Setup events, mentor sessions, office hours, deal flows to build up the program
  • Book venue, brainstorm content, outreach speakers
  • Inform our network about upcoming events
  • Prepare name tags, demo table signs, registration, printouts for events
  • Meet on a regular basis with stakeholders to make communication easy and project manage to do’s for the team

 

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field
  • Startup experience is a plus
  • Project management / process improvement experience
  • Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
  • Demonstrate dependability, accountability, self-awareness, strong work ethic, and reliability
  • Passion and understanding for entrepreneurial communities
